Delete your data

You can clear parts of what EchoReads holds without closing your account. If you want the account gone as well, see how to delete your account.

From inside the app

• Downloads and storage. Profile, then Storage and data. Removes downloaded issues from the device and frees the space.
• Saved items and bookmarks. Library, then Saved or Bookmarks, and remove what you no longer want.
• Reading history and progress. Write to us and we will clear it; there is no in-app control for this yet.

By email

Write to support@echoreads.online from the address on your account and say what you want removed. We will confirm it is you before doing anything, and write back when it is done.

How long it takes

In-app deletions are immediate. Requests by email are usually done within a few days, and always within 30 days.

What we cannot delete

Payment records held by Apple or Google, and anything we must keep by law. Ask them directly about store records; we do not hold your card details at any point.
