What we are building, plainly.
We are not going to put a metrics dashboard on a public page, and we are not going to invent traction we do not have. What follows is the thinking. If it interests you, write and we will talk about numbers properly.
- 01The audience is underserved on purpose
- Urdu is spoken by tens of millions of people outside Pakistan and India, and almost nothing digital treats it as a first-class script. The families who care most about it are the ones furthest from a bookshop that stocks it.
- 02The moat is craft, not code
- Typesetting Nastaliq properly, and editing a monthly magazine in two languages, are both slow and unglamorous. That is exactly why the field is empty.
- 03The buyer is a parent
- The person paying is not the person reading. A parent abroad buying Urdu reading for a child is buying continuity, and that is a durable reason to renew.
- 04A publishing house, not a content farm
- The catalogue comes from a real editorial operation with a monthly publishing rhythm, not from licensing whatever is cheap.
